I’m in the heart of downtown Phoenix, where everything is happening and everything is a five minute walk. I have two furnished bedrooms available for rent. Utilities included. There’s two full bathrooms in the condo. There is a pool in my complex. You can park your car in the garage or on the street.

I’m a 35 year old female from Honduras and I own a local cleaning company in Phoenix. I don’t actually live at my condo so I wanted to rent it out to females that want to live the downtown lifestyle. I’m an easy going person.
