Arthur's room

This house is from a family member who no longer lives there. In the house, there are 3 rooms, 1 office, and two bathrooms so two people will have to share one. The base rent is $1600 for all three people. It’s one-story and has all of the essentials, internet, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. NOTE The pictures in the listing are pretty old, taken before the house was bought, since then there have been many improvements made, along with the place being completely furnished.

My friend Rylie and I (Arthur) are going to start renting this house sometime in May, we’re both 21 and are currently going to school and working on the foundations of our careers. I have a cat who has anxiety so preferably no pets but if you think your pet would work fine in that type of environment, I can be flexible.
