Variel Avenue

Hi! Looking for someone to take over my lease at the Qvariel apartments in Woodland Hills! We have the last b2 complex which includes a 2 bedroom with wrap around balcony and has amenities such as a pool gym etc. I loved living here but it became too much getting a puppy while my older dog became sick with cancer :(. I have one roommate that is super quiet and hardly notice she’s there. She works on the computer at night for her company and sleeps during day :) the rent is 2k and has about 10 months left.

She ssoooo sweet and hardly noticeable that she’s there. Plus she’ll give you endlesss food and snacks when she’s awake ahaha
