Fully Furnished Room with King Bedroom set equipped with a large smart TV (55 INCH) and free movies, sound bar w/ subwoofer, privacy curtains, L.E.D. lighting, full kitchen access with a mini fridge, dining room access, driveway parking, and a washer and dryer in an excellent location (The North Dallas Area). This is a single family home (a house) and NOT an apartment or town home. There is a strip mall with a Planet Fitness and several stores just one block away! There are also four churches, several parks and a recreation center with a state of art indoor and outdoor swimming pool within walking distance!!!!!!! It is located in the middle of four major highways. These highways are George Bush to the North, Tollway to the East, 6-35 to the South and I-35 to the West. Our house is fully equipped with everything you will need. This room is only for one person with no pets that is verifiably employed full time. Please call or text if you need more information.
