Four Bedroom two bath house with access to the house’s common areas like the Kitchen, Living Room, Utility Room and dinning room. By the way we have a ton of appliances like an Instapot, Crockpot, Airfryer, Coffee Pot, Toaster, Rotisserie and even a Steamer to Iron your clothes! This will be a house share situation with a shared bathroom. There have been many upgrades to the house over the years and we plan on doing more. This is perfect for a professional like a nurse, executive or full time student that would like to reduce expenses. No drugs, alcohol or smoking will be allowed on the property. House has high speed internet, 55 inch Smart TV with HDMI for a laptop and all of the kitchen appliances that you will need. The house is located in between all four major highways, LBJ, Bush, I-35 and the Tollway. Driveway parking to protect your car from an accident parking on the street. We live in a very safe area and as an extra precaution we have internal and external security cameras. The room measures 10 Ft. x 15 Ft. Please look on the map to make sure the location works for you. The utilities are split to control over usage and average about $130 each person a month.

The Rent alone breaks down to approximately $24 per day.
