Kat's room

This room is in a new house in a quiet neighborhood, with a 24 hour gym, restaurants, and Food Lion nearby. You just need your suitcase, everything else is provided. The room has a smart TV inside capable of streaming services. The porch is great for sipping coffee watching the sun rise, and the deck is the perfect place to watch the sunset.

I am a nurse living here, and the only permanent resident with 2 rooms up for rent at various times during the year. I like to ride my motorcycle, watch movies, and enjoy the nature of the area. I respect your space and I would love to share the space with a respectful non- smoker.
