Olivia's room

The bedroom is fully furnished, with a private bathroom. The house also has in unit washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. There is off street parking, 6 spots to be exact. Utilities are not included but are typically an additional $50 a person/month. There are also multiple bus stops in walking distance.

I am actually transferring schools so I am looking to sublet my room. The roommates are very kind and respectful. Also very clean. They do like to have people over on the weekends but other than they it is pretty quiet during the week.
