Hi all, I have a 3 bed 2.5 bath beautiful east facing townhouse, it has pretty big living room and big kitchen with half bath downstairs and a patio to host barbecue parties , in-unit laundry , I am looking for a roommate who can take the master bedroom with attached bath and a big closet, all the amenities are free in the clubhouse, it includes gym , area where you can host parties for your friends and a swimming pool , the community is right next to a pond , all within 1400$ which is a steal

I am a 28 year old engineer working with a biotech company in west Cambridge area, very friendly , flexible and clean , get along with most people, social, would love hangout with my roommates, but also I respect your private space . I love travelling and I do travel a lot, you will see me very less at home as I work on site and travelling rest of the time
