My roommate and I found the perfect spot on the Balboa Peninsula. Steps from the beach, an upper unit, natural light, and beautiful patio. Looking for two other roommates. You will be sharing a bathroom with 2 others (3 total). The other roommate has the master.

We’re fun, clean, beach loving ladies. One works from home (32) and the other has two food industry jobs (28). We’re both very social and enjoy having guests over, but also enjoy down time in our rooms. We want to be friends with our roommates, so we’d love someone who enjoys social time too!
