The apartment is in a quiet and extremely safe, gated community in the friendly Metrowest area of Orlando.

No Pets Policy: Please note that I strictly enforce a no pets policy due to allergies. For the comfort and well-being of all guests, pets are not allowed in the apartment at any time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Location. Conveniently located, just a 7-minute drive from the tranquil Eagle Nest Park, and within 10 minutes of Universal Studios and 12 minutes of Downtown Orlando. This cozy space caters exclusively to individuals, with regrets, unable to accommodate couples.

Access. My unit is on the ground floor, no stairs. There is free parking in front of our building and you will have free WiFi.

Your Bedroom You will occupy the furnished Master bedroom with its own attached bathroom in a two-bedroom, 2 bath gated community. The room comes with a queen-sized bed, carpet, a huge walk-in closet. There is central air-conditioning.

The Kitchen. The kitchen for your use is equipped with appliances and basic utensils. As a courtesy to the others please wash your dishes and place them clean beside the sink. Cleaning up after use of the kitchen will be appreciated. THERE IS NO DISHWASHER!

Laundry You will also have full use of the Washer and Dryer inside of the apartment.

Security Camera “We have one security camera outside on the front entrance, one on the “patio” hanging out area, and one in the living room facing the main entrance. They will be on during your stay.”
