• No smoking in house.
• No drinking in house.
• No overnight guest.
• Sorry no pets -Light cooking. -We offer a small refrigerator for 1 person use.

Me and my husband bought our new home in 2020 & are looking to rent out a room in our house for a lovely couple or single person.

• We will provide cleaning supplies for the bathroom. -Free laundry after 9:00pm only. -You can walk to Walmart, Applebee, Chili’s, Jamba Juice, Target, in-N-Out. -Park nearby.

We are both working professionals and very easy going.
