Zoe's room

We have a backyard, driveway, and lots of on street parking! It’s a quiet residential neighborhood and a safe area near a school. We are also in biking distance of tons of cafes and cute shops in Westville, as well as only a 10 minute drive from downtown New Haven. You would have your own private room (the biggest room in the house also, because I’m emotionally attached to my small room) and we share a nice bathroom. Wifi and Gas are not included but they don’t come out to too much. We also have a washer/dryer hookup, but the washing machine is broken and I’m looking to get a new one. The dryer however is fully functional!

My name is Zoe, I have a very sweet pet cat living with me. I’m 23 years old, just recently graduated UConn with a degree in Acting and Theatre Studies. Im very social and energetic and am out of the house often. I keep the house neat and clean and love to cook breakfast in the mornings. I mind my business for the most part but I’m very friendly and will always invite you out with me to concerts and events! I also love to read, do yoga, and hike, I’m hopefully getting certified to teach yoga this summer :) I’m looking for women or non-binary people to room with who are close to my age and cat friendly.
