About the room
Me and my boyfriend are renting out a room in our apartment as we may be traveling a lot for the summer. This is located next to old forth ward and ponce city market.
Apartment amenities: 2 pools Car wash areas Zen garden Valet trash In unit laundry
Rent is $800 (not including utilities and extra fees which will be split in three!!) Security deposit of $400 is required as well as last three paystubs and bank statements! Parking is on site $20/month
About the roomies
I’m 21, and junior at Georgia state studying marketing. My boyfriend is 26 & we have our own buisness. We like to stay clean, we’re very respectful and would love to get to know our roomate. LGBTQ and 420 friendly. We have two cats so no extra animals are allowed (apartments policy not mine)
I would prefer a female! Someone else also in their 20s :) No couples plz
$850 if you want fully furnished room.
Ps We are out of town so I don’t have any pictures but I will be back on the 3rd of April and you can view the apartment then!
