Laundry and garage parking available. Located near bus stops, a few minutes away from downtown. You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person. Room is unfurnished but mattress and/or frame can be provided for a small additional fee.

There are 5 other roomates, all young students 21-25, as well as 3 cats. Everyone is friendly but mostly keeps to themselves, so no loud parties or excessive drinking. Looking for other younger roomates either students or young professionals. Note: Due to the requirements of property management, part time workers/students will need a co-signer in order to be accepted.
