Currently have a room open in a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom duplex in Canyon Country, Santa Clarita. We are super close to a Vons and the on/off ramp to the 14. We also have a nice little backyard with a BBQ and hammock and a garage too if you need to store anything.
We are a group of 3 guys in our early/mid 20s who are engineers in the aerospace industry around the area. Our 4th roommate just moved out to pursue an engineering job elsewhere so we are looking to fill the spot! He left his bed and desk in the room, which were both bought within the last year.
