The house sits on a quiet cul-de-sac right along the bike trail. The house has heating, AC, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The living room comes furnished and the kitchen has all the cookware you need. The house comes with a mudroom for shoes/coats/gear, plus some room in the garage for more stuff. The backyard has a secluded grassy area, plus a large garden space that you may resuscitate. Feel free to enjoy the covered patio with rope lights! Move-in date is as early as April 1.

We are two guys in our 20s/30s with many interests when we’re not at work. One of us is an engineer who loves biking and hiking/backpacking. The other is a postdoc researcher visiting from Germany; he loves sports, music, and hanging out.

The ideal roommate would be someone of a similar age who keeps the house clean and quiet, and stays respectful to everyone in the house.
