Hi guys! Looking for a roommate to take over my current roommatesβ end of the lease from mid-May onward. May 11th is when I am expecting my current roommates to leave, so any day onwards would work perfectly for the move. The only preference I am looking for when it comes to roommates are those in their 20βs!
The lease ends July 7th, but I am actually wishing to hopefully stay for an additional year and would be happy to get that renewal set up at the same time you apply for the apartment. I have lived here for about 8-9 months and have loved the experience.
You would receive the master bedroom in the Hammocks layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which includes a walk-in closet for the master. I can include actual pictures of the current bedroom and bathroom tomorrow (to give an idea for spacing), but please note itβll come unfurnished. The living room will come somewhat furnished as I am expecting to keep some furniture, but am happy to chip in for some new additions.
The apartment complex comes with many great amenities including a large pool, 24/7 gym, Sun-Thurs trash valet, and parking. For parking, we can have one car per person on the lease (if 3 of us, then 3 cars can be under our lease) and you can request overnight parking for any guests/friends. There is a walmart right across the community (which is also gated), which makes it extremely easy and time-saving for buying groceries.
We will have to meet an income requirement for the place, but I am happy to discuss what that looks like if you reach out.
Here is a current list of the list of charges we currently pay for the place (I expect base rent to jump a little bit to adjust for market rates):
- Base rent: $2494
- Liability insurance: $15
- Pet Rent (if applicable): $25
- Water: $8-15
- Common area electric: $12-14
- Pest control: $5
- Taxes and fees: $8-10
- Valet trash: $8-$10
- Trash fee: $25
- Wifi: We currently pay $60, but is dependent on wi-fi service we decide on.
If you are interested and have additional questions, feel free to reach out and ask questions! I am happy to answer any. Thank you for reading this longer (but well detailed) post.
Best Regards,
Derick
