Zachary's room

Hey all! My current roommate is about to move away around the end of May. The house is nice brick home in Hillcrest and is around 1,200 square feet. I’m looking to rent out the second bedroom, it has its own walk in closet and full bathroom. The rent is $700 a month and all the utilities total to around $200 but that varies given how crazy the weather gets. I have electric and wifi in my name, I would ask that whoever moves in gets water and gas in their name just to make things fair (not a dealbreaker if this can’t happen). Also there’s a deposit of $500. Bonus is that most of the house is already furnished outside of the bedroom in question. I’d prefer no pets and there is no smoking inside the house but there is a large back yard and room for an outdoor sitting area. Message me if you are interested or have any questions.

I’m a 30 year old male that works in hospital administration. I like things neat but am no way a clean freak. If I’m not at work or home I’m usually out with my friends.
