About the room
This room comes with a queen-sized bed, own closet, smart TV, nightstand, and a tall dresser. In addition, this room is voice command ready for ceiling fan, lights, and more. This room is ideal for someone with no pets. Single occupancy includes all utilities, yard maintenance, and ultra-fast internet. I will personally ensure that you feel welcome and have access to the in-house laundry room and all other common areas in a 2,400 sq ft home.
About the roomies
These private rooms are part of a 2,400 sq feet, very nice (new) house in a safe and quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Wilma Rudolph and not too far from Fort Campbell, KY. Internet and utilities are all included in the rent. The shared spaces are the kitchen, living room, balcony, and laundry room. You must be willing to meet in person in a public place during daytime hours. There is no obligation from either party to contract; you are welcome to walk through the property before you sign anything. Habitual or recreational drug users and Sex offenders need NOT to apply. There will be a signed rental agreement, a security deposit, and background checks. Though I own a small, quiet, hypoallergenic dog, no other pets are allowed at this time. I do not mind if you smoke; please do so outside. We have a very relaxing balcony with fantastic views for all to enjoy.
