Hey, I have an unfurnished room (12’x11’6“) available in a first floor apartment between Fort Worth and Arlington right off 30. You would get your own bathroom. The living space and kitchen are shared. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. The complex is nice and chill and all patios and balconies are covered with a privacy screen.

The living room is already furnished. The kitchen is stocked but has room for more!

I’d prefer someone who is tidy, and won’t bring over people all the time. I enjoy having the place be nice and relatively quiet.

The current lease lasts until early September.

The only current occupants are me and my cat Zagreus! I’m a painter and actor. I’m a really laid back introverted person. When at home I’m typically reading, or playing games. I prefer to keep the place relatively neat and tidy. Zagreus is a super affectionate cat! He loves everyone he has ever met! He also loves to play fetch! What a guy!
