Bed included. Must sign the apartment lease by submitting a $50 application to the office(I am not charging the office is) If you are not able to join the lease then you will be required to sign a document that protects both parties and establishes me as the sole owner of the apartment. Cleanliness is required. The rest of the rules will be established with the lease or the signed agreement.

I do everything legally so that we are both safe. I am compatible with anyone who is clean and considerate of the other person. I am fine with building a friendship and sharing (you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours!). As long as you are organized and kind and communicate well we’ll have a great time! Communication is key! 🥰😊 I do smoke though I still expect to keep the house sneezing fresh and clean as I’m sure any roomates would, and PLEASE 😭 clean up after yourself.
