About the room
Updated as of 4/26: The living/bedroom downstairs were renovated as of March 2024. This is a private room in a 4 bedroom house. The 4 of us living here are a family (all upstairs). I am out of state 5 days a week due to work so it’s technically only 3 people living here at a time. We have 2 chihuahuas that do not go downstairs.
Price: $550/month including ALL utilities!
FREE toilet paper - just don’t abuse it. Washing/Dryer machines in building available for use.
The ideal person is respectful, likes dogs, and doesn’t take people’s food without permission. If you’ve read this far please send a message “Penny Kaiser” so I can put you on priority. No smoking is allowed besides odorless devices.
