The space is a 3 bedroom home in a quiet area, northside of Spartanburg, SC, 5 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from boiling springs. Rent does include all househould bills. One private bedroom, one shared bathroom. There is pets already in the home, one dog and two cats. Very loving animals.

currently live there with my best friend. Looking for a third roommate for the third bedroom. I work full time and am in school and she works full time. Don’t spend much time at home. Looking for similiar situation, not looking for any large groups of people, partying, etc. Just looking to extend our home for someone in need of a nice, clean living space while here for work and/or school.
