Bedroom is a private bedroom with private, attached full bathroom. Rent is all inclusive of utilities, internet, and housekeeper.

we are young professionals, in our 20’s and 30’s two females, one male, plus an 20lb male pup named Gunner! we are all full time working professionals we enjoy good food and drinks (cooking and eating), being outdoors, sports (watching and playing) just to name a few 420 friendly! we have friends over for football sundays, bbq’s, game nights, and general hangouts; but this is NOT a frat house. A few friends over for drinks on a Friday night, or the occasional celebration is welcomed, but we’re way past our shit-faced / rager days, and hope you are too. guests are more than welcome, overnight guests are ok too within reason — a couple of nights per week is fine, we love meeting new people! we often do ‘family dinners’ together, taco tuesdays, annual wine/ beer tasting, and celebrate holidays (pumpkin carving and xmas tree decorating) as a house, and would like someone who would enjoy being involved in these extras :)
