Kayla's room

This is a 3 bedroom 1 bath unit in a two family home. There is plenty of off street parking as well as a two car garage. This unit is located on the first floor and is accessible by the basement as well as the front door. It’s just me currently that lives there, my current roommate moves out as of May 1st. I’m looking to rent out only one other bedroom. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom as well.

I’m a 29 year old female, I work two jobs so when I’m home I usually keep to myself. I’m not a partier and rarely have people over. I keep the place pretty clean.
