I have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom spot I am moving into and seeking a roommate (male or female, no couples) for an unfurnished room in the house. 3 windows in the bedroom, lots of natural light. Plenty of storage (a closet in every room of the house. Claw foot tub, patio balcony outside. Seperate entrance. Available first week of April but happy to accommodate mid April move in. Rent is $730.
Beautiful historical building-turned-apartment complex in the heart of Denver! This spot is right on the edge of Cap Hill and less than half a mile of the Denver Botanic Gardens! Many music venues and restaurants are within walking distance. I have 1 dog and a second animal would be contingent on them getting along well!

My name is Autumn and I am 34 year old. I have 1 dog (Luna!) she’s 50 lbs and 2 years old. I am a bartender in the service industry so I work at night 4-5 times a week. I am very clean and tidy—I owned a cleaning company right out of high school! I moved to Denver from Nashville in 2020
