Less than 5 minute walk to Target and lots of restaurants including Red Robin, Joes Crab Shack, Outback Steakhouse and more. 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to Vons grocery story. Disneyland is 1 mile away. Unit is very well insulated for sound and we are never disrupted by Disneyland fireworks, but we can go out and watch them from the facility entrance if we ever want.

The apartment is furnished with the exception of the room to rent.

The available bedroom shares a bathroom with my brother.

You will have to be approved by the landlord, which includes submitting a credit check to our landlord for final approval.

My brother (30) and I (28) have lived here for a year now and we absolutely love it. We both work full time and are very low key. I am the general manager of the Escape Room company I work for and my brother is employed full time supplying and cleaning pools. We are not partiers, don’t smoke, and we are both very responsible. We’ve never defaulted or been late with rent and are both driven by integrity.

Neighbors are nice and have never been disruptive at all.

We are looking for someone lowkey to take over the third bedroom rent. No drama, reliable, mature, easy going. We are very eager to find our third roommate!

*pictures show the room empty, room with furniture of the current roommate (moving out March 31), as well as the other shared spaces (dining room, kitchen, living room, patio, laundry) and amenities (gated community, pool/spa, secure mail room, and parking). The 3 cars in the picture are in the 3 spots included at our unit. My brother and I use 2 spots, with the third for the next roommate! Parking is right next to the elevator.
