-THE HOUSE: The house is over 2,400 sq ft with high ceilings, large windows, and plenty of natural sunlight. There is a large living room with hardwood floors, a kitchen with modern appliances, granite countertops, and a vaulted ceiling with skylights, a large basement with plenty of storage, a peaceful backyard deck, and a side alley that can be available for bike/scooter parking. There is also a laundry area with a free washer and dryer.

-THE LOCATION: We are located on a quiet Manayunk street. Just a 5-minute walk to the Main Street, SEPTA train station, Schuylkill River, Bridge Trailhead, and more. It’s an urban experience with a small-town charm.

-THE ROOM: This private bedroom is on the 3rd floor. It is HUGE! Over 18 feet wide, 15 feet long, and 10-foot ceiling with exposed rafters. It has a large closet, an extra niche, 3 windows, 2 radiators (central heat), 5 overhead lights, a new ceiling fan with lights, and its own lock and key.

-THE COST: The monthly rent is $850. The lease is flexible month-to-month. Utilities are $200 per person per month and include Gas, Water, Electricity, Fiber Internet, Ethernet Hookups, Ring security, and Professional House Cleaning each month for all shared spaces. First month’s rent and $1050 refundable security deposit due at signing.

-THE ROOMMATES: There are four other roommates. Everyone is a working professional and the house is pretty quiet. We’re friendly, and considerate, and keep shared spaces clean and tidy. All genders welcome and 🏳️‍🌈 LGBT+ friendly! Unfortunately, no pets. A long-term tenant is preferred. Must earn 3x monthly rent+utilities and have a 600+ credit score.
