Jack's room

The apartment is less than a mile from the beach & even has a small view of the water from the room. There’s plenty of parking, either on the street or in our alleyway, and the general area is typically quite. The room gets a great breeze during the day, which is nice during warmer summer days.

The room is open for short term rental only 4 to 5 months only

Kayla (F) & I (M) are both in our late 20s and frequently go to breweries, the beach, or just hangout at home, but are often doing something. Our current 3rd roommate is moving out in May so we need to have someone replace him. We keep the common areas very clean (including the shared bathroom) and are looking for someone who can do the same. I work a standard 9-5, but work from home 3 days a week and Kayla works a sporadic schedule that requires her to be gone for a couple weeks at a time.
