Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with enclosed lanai, only few minutes from Holmes Beach in a beautiful community is available on May 1st, 2024 to rent for $1,445 per month until Sep. 25, with option to renew lease. I would like someone to take over my lease since I’m moving into a 2 bedroom apartment in the same complex. I will remove furniture. This is a perfect location, close to Anna Maria Island beaches and next to Robinson Preserve. Utilities will be placed in your name. You will have the entire place to yourself, so it’s not technically a roommate situation, but since I am still on the lease, you will be added as a roommate initially, then once qualified (credit / income check and background report), I’ll be taken off the lease. I’ve already paid the $1,000 security deposit, so you will have to pay this (reimburse me) since the deposit stays with the unit. This is a beautiful community with wonderful amenities (outdoor pool, gym, clubhouse) and very friendly staff and neighbors.
