Luxury apartment complex with a full suite of incredible amenities located in the most desirable location downtown st pete.

The apartment complex located just a few blocks from beach drive, the pier, and surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars, and shops has two heated salt water pools, one on the rooftop with a view overlooking the entire st pete downtown area. The rooftop pool is the tallest pool in tampa bay. There is a coworking space with meeting rooms, a full gym with yoga space. 2 different luxury shared suites with TV’s, coffee bar, and even 3 different full service grills.

The location is impossible to beat with access immediately to all that the downtown has to offer. Our own large full private balcony has views of st pete including a beautiful view of the pier and all the way to tampa.
The room available is not large, but with full floor to ceiling windows the apartment feels much bigger. You would have your own private room with own full ensuite bathroom. Shared living room, kitchen and balcony. Has an additional half bathroom for guests.

The building is only a year old making everything in it brand new. The community of residents is very outgoing and friendly welcoming everyone as if they were all friends. The building puts on regular activities for residents including pilates, yoga, weekly food market. Parking inside a gated parking garage is included.

The room is not overly big, but the apartment feels large due to the floor to ceiling windows. However if you like living in the center of everything with incredible amenities you will not find a better place to live for this price. The only reason it is such a great deal, with this location, amenities and accommodations is because of splitting the rent between two people. I’ve checked everywhere and there is not a better price for this kind of location & amenities.

I keep myself very busy between work & play. Most weeks you’ll barely see me. My typical schedule has me gone by 7am and returning around 6:30pm. Then a quick clothes change and I am usually out the door doing fun things in st pete with friends until I come home around 10pm to sleep. I often stay at my girlfriends place in Tampa so some nights & weekends I am not in the apartment at all. I do like to entertain on the weekends, so occasionally will have a friend or two come over for a drink, or to grill out. I am VERY respectful, courteous and aware of my surroundings, and expect the same of my roommate. An ideal roommate can be either male or female, quiet, clean, friendly, and respectful. I would never have my significant other or friends spending extended periods of time in the apartment and expect the same of a roommate. (I clean up after myself, and keep a tidy apartment.) I am well known in St Pete, with lots of friends, and connections. I enjoy going out downtown with friends. I consider myself a foodie and love exploring new restaurants. I play pickleball regularly, go the beach, watch movies at the AMC theater and enjoy a cigar at the cigar lounge on beach drive.
I have lived with roommates (both male & female) my whole adult life. I enjoy knowing I have someone in the apartment when I am home, and enjoy having someone to talk with. I know how to respect others, and be kind. I don’t expect to spend every minute free together (and am ok with just being roommates if that is what you prefer.) I am very easy to live with, and am open with communication and take my roommates needs/feedback into consideration always. I am happy to answer any questions you might have.
