Hello! I have a spare bedroom in my SLP home that I am looking to rent out to one occupant only.

The room is ~134 SQ. FT. (as seen as the “Master bedroom” in image #7), large enough for a queen-sized bed, a dresser drawer, and a desk with plenty of room to spare. The room has its own ceiling fan as well. Please note, this room is unfurnished.

The house itself is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I and my roommate (late 20s/early 30s) both work away from home so the house is generally quiet. We don’t host people over often but we are welcome to having guests! There is a medium-sized kitchen, dining room, and comfortable living room that is included as a shared space. In the summer, there is a large deck and fit pit that is available for use! There is only street parking available, however there is close access to HWY 169 and 394 - easy to get to the west suburbs or downtown quickly by car!

Rent is $900 per month - flat! Meaning all utilities are included on a 1 year lease agreement. The internet here is very solid - fiber internet with speeds up to 500 mbps down/up. Move in date is available as soon as possible!

I do have one (lovely!) cat, who has full access to common areas. I do run multiple air purifiers 24/7 (I have friends with cat allergies) to mitigate any cat allergens as much as possible. At this time, I am not accepting any additional pets in the home.
