Move in date flexible. Private Bed/bath available for rent with all utilities included (water, internet, electric, washer/dryer). Common areas include living room, kitchen, dining room & fenced in backyard. 15-20 minutes to downtown. Bedroom can be furnished as pictured or unfurnished- your preference.

I am a Physical therapist local hospital. Room is private and bathroom is also, unless visitors. I do have a dog, name George, but asking no additional pets.
