About the room

This is a lake front property only 24 miles from the Atlanta airport. The boat house is separate from the main house and it is about 600 square feet inside and windows on 3 sides. Very private and relaxing ! It includes everything except a stove! There are cook top items, dishes, pans, air fryer.

About the roomies

I love the out doors and relaxing. I have been a rental owner for over 20 years. I do furnished rentals and I do not allow smoking inside and all windows and doors closed if outside. I provide neat and clean places to stay and all of my guest or renters are expected to be the same. I also do not have a lot of any traffic coming through so my guest can relax and enjoy their privacy
