Daphne's room

This is a 3 br/3 bath townhouse in Draper currently occupied by myself, my partner, and our roommate! The rent is $900 for a single or $1200 for a couple, and the $300 deposit is fully refundable. The room is furnished, including a bed, desk, dresser, and side tables, and the house is located close to many stores (Trader Joe’s being my personal favorite) and shopping centers.

My partner and I have a private room, and our sweet friend lives in the room next to us! We all work full-time, and I’m a full-time student, as well. The house is close to parks and a small river and is the perfect distance away from local skiing, mountain biking, and hiking trails. We all love the outdoors, so don’t be surprised if we’re gone most of the day during the summer on hikes and mini roadtrips!
