The townhouse is a 3 bedroom 2 bath in the Sonesta Walk community. It is very quaint and has a community pool. The property is located near the intersection of Dairy Rd. and Palm Bay Rd. and is approx. 3 miles from FIT. Shopping, etc. is all nearby within easy driving distance. Drug/convenience store within walking distance. There is one bedroom available with 2 other roommates in the dwelling. The room is available April 1st (viewable starting Sun, 3/24 with Tina). A month-to-month sub-lease will be required, and preferred occupancy is 6+ months. This is a deed-restricted community and has it’s own set of rules that will be provided and must be followed.

We are both independent work-from-home professionals, non-smoking (vape ok*), in our middle years. One female and one male. We each have a medium-large dog (no other pets allowed). We are looking for a 3rd roommate who is either a graduate student or working professional (outside of home preferred). Stable, verifiable income is required. Background check through Roomies is required. Household duties are shared, and respect, cleanliness, and responsibility for maintaining common spaces is required. Internet is included; however, cable TV/similar must be independently secured and paid. This is a deed-restricted community and has it’s own set of rules that will be provided and must be followed. *Vape must be respectfully used, especially in common areas - no cloud-producing vapes.
