The bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) is on the 2nd floor of a residential home in the Lake Jeanette area.

There is plenty of space and you’ll have your own private bathroom as well as another private room you can use as an office/living/tv area (furnished or unfurnished).

Access to two other living/tv areas is permitted when they are not in use and we can work out a schedule to share the kitchen and patio areas.

Amenities include a home alarm system, shared use of the washer and dryer, professional cleaning every other week, and garage parking.

All bills would be included in the rent.

Me: 40 year old gay male

My partner passed away last year so it’s just my dog and I living in the house. I was considering finding a nice, clean, sane, and quiet person to potentially share my home with.

I am a clean, quiet, and respectful individual. I do tend to be mostly introverted a good deal of the time. I’m only interested in finding somebody who is the same who will respect me, respect my dog, and respect my home.

There is no smoking or vaping in the house. No heavy drug use, loud music, or parties will be happening on the premises.

There will be no hook ups or one night stands going on either. If you enjoy that sort of thing, it will have to be done at that person’s place.

A respectful friend or family member of yours is welcome to visit you, on occasion, but advance notice will be needed. I will abide by all of these rules as well.

My dog is very very sweet but elderly and I don’t want any other animals to intrude upon her space so no other animals of any kind, please. I would be happy to discuss more with the right person. Thank you.
