Awesome's room

I have a basement room for rent in my home for an individual female that is furnished and has an enclosed private bathroom. It is very elegant and has beautiful lighting. The furniture will be different than the what is pictured The rest of the house would be shared. Modern kitchen and spacious living room on the main floor. Ping pong and pool table down stairs with a big screen tv. Hot tub and a private back yard. The home is very nice and elegant. I have a daughter who stays occasionally so I prefer a female roommate. No smoking, no pets. The price includes utilities and there would be a one month deposit required. Feel free to ask questions

I am a pretty quiet person but Occasionally I will have guests over for dinner and games. You are welcome to entertain your friends here as well. I enjoy cooking and BBQing in the summer.
