Hi I have a room available in my home. It’s in a gated community at southern highlands. It’s in a 4000 sq ft home so there’s plenty of space. I don’t have any parking spaces so ideal for someone who doesn’t have a car. The rent includes water, electricity and internet. You’ll have access to the common areas and will have space on fridge. You’ll also have your own cabinet space in the kitchen. Only looking for 1 person as a roommate and no guests allowed without telling other roommates and no overnight guests. Your bathroom will be shared with 1 female

There’s 4 of us living here and 2 small dogs (3 female 1 male) We are just looking for another perfect roommate. We are clean and respectful. We like to hike on spare times. There’s no overnight guest so you’ll be at ease
