About the roomies

I have a large, studio, furnished bedroom with a private entrance, closet and a new king size bed available. I’m looking for a stable, responsible person to share the home with. I own the house and am looking for someone who is clean and will treat the house like it belongs to them. I want someone looking for a home, not just renting a room.

The house is fully equipped including washer/dryer, ROKU TV, high speed internet and a fireplace in the backyard. You would have full house/kitchen privileges and all utilities are included.
