Full time working professionals or traveling nurses. No drugs, no smoking in or outside the home, no frequent visitors or overnight guest allowed in the home. One small friendly, trained pet, ok with license verification for Corona. Single occupancy only.

There is a long term professional roommate living at the home presently with one very well behaved pet (dog). The roommate is an awesome introvert that enjoys privacy, is respectful and a working professional. Seeking someone likeminded, layback in a very mature clean environment with “no” frequent visitors. No drama! Also, the home is an airbnb that caters to “Traveling Nurses professionals.” If you are looking for a safe, clean, quiet space to call home look no further.
