I’m renting two rooms in my house! The house is brand new and super up to date and clean! I have one roommate already who is awesome and very quite. He mostly keeps to himself. I just got married so I’m moving across town so I’ll be renting the master bedroom which has a walk in closet and full on suite bathroom. I will also be renting the other bedroom which shares a bathroom with my current roommate! The garage is also available for parking and there is a fenced in yard. The downstairs/common areas are fully furnished.

one roommate in one of the three bedrooms currently! He is super nice and respectful and works full time. Most of the rest of the time he’s in his room.
