Pictures coming soon, my current roommate is going on deployment we are both Navy. He won’t be returning to the apartment. I have a cleaning schedule we go by for the bathroom since it’s shared, and same for the kitchen. Anyone is welcome, I want to have this room filled ASAP. There is a tv mount in the room included. You get your own parking space and utilities are included in rent price. I have a girlfriend with her own house so honestly between that, work, and the gym I’m usually not even home so it’s basically your house.
It’ll just be me, I’m very quiet when I’m there and the neighbors are cool. I’ve been there almost a year never seen any bugs or pests, and the property owner is Navy just like I am so he’s easy to talk to and quick to fix something if issues arise.
