Corona Street

Looking for someone to take over the remaining 3 months of my lease! (WITH OPTION TO RENEW) Master bedroom with bathroom connected to room. room is quite large as I can fit a bed, full size couch, tv and desk in the bedroom portion. Closet is quite spacious as well with lots of storage above. Cats and dogs are welcome, there are no other animals within the apartment, Must make 1.5x the rent monthly and pass credit/background checks that a normal apartment complex provides as this would be a lease takeover (with option to renew in August) rather than a sublet. Application fee is $40 through “KeyRenters” There is one other F (23) who lives in the apartment, she is clean and has no problems paying rent on time/ diving common spaces.

My roommate Abby is a female (23) with no pets. She is a college graduate from Texas who is quite clean and rarely is found in the common spaces. I honestly forget she lives here sometimes lol.
