The apartment is 2 bed 2 bath with a nice kitchen and living room to separate the two. We also have a small patio that I’ve started a garden on out front. This is a new apartment complex, ‘Springs at Hibiscus Crossing’ that I have found very nice to live in this past year. It has a lot of great amenities like a gym, a pool, a dog park, and a car washing station just to name a few. Great location that is close to a lot of fun places and also several large company locations. Also, I just grabbed some pictures online of the place for now, but I’ll add more pictures of our actual apartment when I get the chance just didn’t have any on my laptop 👍
Hi, I’m Liam 👋 I’ll be your kickass roommate for the next year. I am 26, I graduated from UF a couple of years ago and moved to Melbourne for a job working as a software engineer. I love the outdoors and playing sports, especially soccer. I also like to play board games, read books, watch movies, and sometimes play video games. I also really love to travel, talk about traveling, and plan future trips. I am a very clean, respectful, and caring person. I have lived with roommates throughout my whole life, both guys and girls, and have only had good experiences with it. I like having roommates because of the financial and social aspects it offers. I had a great roommate this past year but he is moving to Miami in July. And fortunately for you, that means there is an opening at Springs at Hibiscus 😉.
