3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house right off the westside beltline. Large, unfurnished, upstairs room for rent. You’d have your own bathroom that would only be shared during the rare occasions I have family in town. All other common areas are shared, and there’s a half bath downstairs. No washer/dryer at this time, but will likely have a set in the home by early Summer.

I’m the only one living in the house, the 3rd upstairs bedroom will be used as an office/guest room. I’m a music teacher and spend most of my time running around the city teaching or ubering. I’m pretty chill and mostly hang out in my room playing video games when I’m home. You’ll hear me noodling around on various instruments, but I’ll definitely give the heads up if I’m going to be having a full-on band rehearsal. Looking for a long-term roommate, at least through October 1, 2024, who is responsible, tidy and lowkey. No couples, no pets and no children. You will have to fill out the formal application with my current property manager and be listed on the lease. I have a professional cleaning service coming to clean the room/bathroom from the last tenant and will update the listing with photos this weekend once the cleaning is complete.
