About the room
Private room, shared bath w/one roommate in a 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath townhouse. Common areas are furnished, bedroom is unfurnished besides a desk. Our’s was the model unit, so it has all the upgrades! Washer/Dryer are in unit as well. Only 2 miles from SUU. Internet, Gas, Electricity are separate from rent and avg. around $50/each per month.
First and last month’s rent are due upon move in. Security deposit is generally $500, but our landlord is willing to negotiate on that.
About the roomies
Both of us roomies are very clean, chill, LGBT guys. One is a student, the other works full-time. We’ve been sharing the place for almost 2 years.
