Los Feliz Boulevard

Looking for a room mate to join me and my dog in our spacious apartment in Los Feliz. This master bedroom is roomy, gets tons of natural light, includes a large two-door closet as well as sink area with separate toilet/shower room. The room is staged with furniture currently, but will not be furnished (though I’d be happy to offer some furniture to help fill it out).

The unit comes with a dedicated parking spot in the downstairs garage, and the apartment has central heating and AC as well as a dishwasher. Pool on site as well as small fitness room. Utilities are not included in price and generally range from $150 to 300 a month depending on usage.

About me: I’m a 36 year old gay man with a very sweet (and exuberant) 1 year old pup. I’ve enjoyed great relationships with many previous room mates, most of which remain close friends, and I’m hoping to find someone who is both respectful and great to be around.

I love to cook and bake, enjoy video games and fantasy novels and enjoy hosting dinner or craft parties every so often.
