A ~20yr old spacious house that’s been a rental property for some time. I try to keep it clean and report deficiencies to the property management. New laminate flooring, gas stove, central ac/heating, garage +driveway access

We’re all in our late 20s, working full-time. Very quiet generally. Have get together with friends at the house maybe 4 times a year. We try to keep the place clean which considering it’s size is somewhat difficult 😅. Looking for like-minded diplomatic persons
