Large, apartment quiet neighborhood with lots of wildlife. Friendly deers. Fully furnished house except spare bedroom. Spare bedroom is spacious with a nice amount of closet space. 1 bath. Including pots, pans toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc. Washer and dryer in unit. Dish washer, microwave, air fryer. Separate heating options in each room of the home. Utilities included in rent. WiFi available. Security cameras on the outside of the home for extra safety as well as inside but those are not on unless no one is home. Free parking spot in front of building. 2 under 20 pound ESA dogs live on the property very friendly, quiet, obedient and well trained. I’m not opposed to 1 small cat or dog. Any damage or accidents in the house will forfeit security deposit and lead to a 30 day request to vacate the premise.

Young female adult who works in healthcare administration. Usually keep to myself but will spend time cooking often as well as cleaning the entire house on weekends. I don’t have any parties or unruly overnight guests. I have two small dogs they get along well with other small dogs as well as cats.
