Hello this home is a fully fenced, 2 bed/1 bath, block home, close to downtown and metro rail line. Home comes unfurnished, all bills paid except internet. Team-up is preferred so you can room with someone you’re comfortable with. I recently renovated to rent the front house to roommates seeking a secure, maintenance free home. I plan on living in the back garage apartment during the week then going to Galveston on the weekends. There is a W/D in home, all stainless appliances, and central A/C.
